Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our IPTV service. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Trial Renewals: If you take a trial and then renew it, no refunds will be provided.

Direct Purchase: If you make a direct purchase without a trial, we will deduct a transaction fee based on the chosen payment method + 1 Month Credit and return the rest amount within 15 working days. The refund request must be made within 1-2 days of order delivery.

1 Month Credit Policy: If you have used our 1-month credit, there will be no refund on the 1-month package. Refunds will only be applicable on bigger plans while deducting 1-month credit amount + transaction fee.

We will not be able to provide refunds in the following cases:

If more than 2 days have passed since the order delivery
If the service has been used excessively
If the refund request is made after the subscription period has ended
If there is a violation of our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice. The changes will be effective immediately after posting the modified policy on our website.
